Oil and Grease Pumps for Truck and Fleet Service Bays
Pouring oil by hand is slow and messy. Most service bays run on three things: an air-operated oil pump on the drum, a grease system on the keg, and a way to pull waste oil back out.
Set up the bay
Motor oil from 55 gallon drums: 3:1 Oil Ratio Pump (22715) runs on shop air and needs no lubricator. Higher ratios are available for heavier gear oils.
Grease from 120 lb kegs: Complete Grease System, 120 lb (12205) includes everything to dispense grease at the reel.
Waste oil and coolant: Waste Oil Vacuum Pump (22582) mounts on a drum and empties fluids quickly.
Tracking what goes into each vehicle: Digital Oil Meter (24781).
Don't forget DEF and fuel
Most bays that service diesel trucks also need a DEF pump and a fuel transfer pump. See our DEF pumps and oil pumps.
